Home Inspections - I attended school at Middleton Real Estate Training, Inc. for my home inspection certification and training. My home inspection certification was provided by the Education and Training Division of De'BrinkHaus Home Inspections, Incorporation. My certification was awarded on December 11, 2003. I have 20 plus years experience as an engineer. Mobile Notary Service - Trained with a notary that has been in the business for over 20 years. I am licensed in the state of Michigan, in Oakland County. I have a $10,000.00 bond and a $100,000.00 E & O insurance policy. I have been performing notary service in Michigan for over four years. And have completed over 450 notary signings. Home Appraiser - I attended school at Middleton Real Estate Training, Inc. for my home appraisal training and certification. I am licensed as a Limited Appraiser in the State of Michigan. My license number is 1201070667. I completed my training on October 29, 2003. I received my license in the state of Michigan on July 31, 2004. I am currently working with an Appraiser who has been in the business for over 25 yeas. | |
I started this company late in 2001. The company was later incorporated in March of 2004. I had left DaimlerChrysler in April of 2001 after working for them for 24 years as an engineer. I was too young to retire and still wanted to work. So I decided to start a business that I would enjoy doing and would be beneficial to others. Home Inspections - My love of wood working and home construction projects were the perfect reasons for me wanting to be a home inspector. I have owned four houses of which two were used and two were built new. As a result I know what it takes to repair a used home and or upgrade new ones. Buying a home is a stressful process. As a home inspector I am able to help others make educated decisions in purchasing a new or used home. Mobile Notary Service - I started my apprentice work with a notary friend in early 2002. I soon after became licensed in the State of Michigan in Oakland County. Most of my notary business is doing mortgage closings. However I have done wills, trusts, adoption, and other forms of notary services. The primary counties I cover include but are not limited to Oakland, Macomb, and Wayne counties. | |
